The Appeal of Upland Hunting
Quail hunting is something that we love offering as a membership. The upland hunting scene is a great way to spend time together as outdoorsmen. The ability to walk alongside each other and converse as the hunt plays out is a unique experience. Along with this, watching the dogs work to point, flush, and retrieve a covey is quite the show in itself.

Our Quail Habitat
Our management plan is extremely intentional when it comes to the habitat we strive to create for the best quail hunting experience. We utilize natural hedgerows, planted pines, and native broomstraw to create an environment that is well suited for pursuing upland game.

Your Experience
Quail hunting is centered around spending time with fellow outdoorsmen. Whether your hunt be geared towards business or family, we strive to create the best hunting experience possible. One of our guides will work and rotate through our 15 well trained birddogs.

What a Membership Includes
-10 hunts for 4 people
(We hunt the resident quail population that we maintain. Hunts are scheduled to your desired date between Oct 1st - March 1st)

Our Duck Hunting Credentials
Duck hunting is what we live for. It has been the foundation of Featherhorn and a large part of the acclaimed reputation associated with the farm. We have been in duck hunting the property since 2003 and have become a noble figure in South Carolina's duck hunting community.

Our Hunting Environment
Our habitat and food source development plan requires year round efforts. Our duck related habitats include 12 impoundments which we strategically plant to insure an abundant food source for migrating birds. Throughout our 12 impoundments are 32 blinds which we assure are brushed in adequately and ready to hunt.

Your Experience
If you choose to lodge with us the night prior to your hunt, you can expect a group of outdoorsmen gathering around a campfire conversing over the likes of hunting, business, and family. Our outdoor bar includes a large grill that welcomes anyone to prepare their party’s dinner.

Group Wingshooting
Dove Hunts
A classic dove hunt may be the most leisurely way for a group to shoot birds together. ​Dove hunting allows shooters of all skill levels to hunt together and enjoy their hunting experience.

Pheasant Hunts
Not every day do you have the opportunity to pursue a beautiful ring-necked pheasant. Pheasants are a unique bird and we enjoy giving people the opportunity to pursue them.

We offer pheasant hunts in the form of a typical upland bird hunt using birddogs. We also offer these hunts in the form of a tower shoot. Either option can be a great time for your hunting party. If interested in booking a pheasant hunt contact us here .
